    • What does it mean to "Fully Preach the Gospel of Christ?" March 8, 2013
I was reading in Romans 15 this morning and the last part of verse 19 grabbed me, as Paul says, "I have fully preached the Gospel of Christ."What does it mean to "fully preach the Gospel of Christ?"I cannot help but feel there is something we are missing as we parse the gospel of Christ based on our personal convictions and natural reason […]

    • Hope Does Not Disappoint? February 28, 2013
My wife was reading Romans 5 the other day and was sharing some verses that were speaking to her and later when I was reading the same chapter there was one verse that stood out to both of us. Romans 5:5 "Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us."As I finished rea […]

    • Day 3 | Post Fast | Keep Your Hand to the Plow February 27, 2013
How is it going brothers and sisters? I am sure that there have been some great moments and some challenging moments since we finished our corporate fast. I want to encourage you to stay focused on what the Lord is doing in your life. If you took time to journal during your fast, I would encourage you to revisit those entries. Another thing that might be hel […]

    • Day 2 Post Fast | Pressing Forward In Jesus! February 26, 2013
What an awesome time we had together at church Sunday night! When Jon blew the Shofar and we SHOUTED things happened in the spiritual realm.  I am convinced that the spiritual walls around Harvard that have kept people from being able to hear and see the Truth of the Gospel, FELL DOWN FLAT!  The spiritual climate at Harvard, in Cambridge and Boston will neve […]

    • Day 21 | Not the End, but the Beginning February 24, 2013
Can you believe it? We have come to the last day of our fasting together. It is important for us to realize that this is a new beginning not an ending. When we look at something like this "being over" we have a tendency to let down our spiritual guard and the enemy comes after us. I think a good way to look at it is like going through Boot Camp, wh […]

    • Day 20 | His Grace is Sufficient! February 23, 2013
Can you believe it? Tomorrow is the last day of our corporate fast! In some ways it seems as though this has gone by so quickly and in other ways it seems like it has been a long time. We are so excited as we gather tomorrow night to celebrate all that God has done and is doing in the physical and in the spiritual realms, in the seen and the unseen, in the v […]

    • Day 19 | Sow in this Land! February 22, 2013
Some time ago the Lord spoke a word to us out of Genesis 26 that I think is apropos for us right now. Isaac is living in Canaan and it says there is a famine throughout the land. Isaac is preparing to the leave the country and go to Egypt where there is no famine, when the Lord speaks to him in verses 2-5, "Then the Lord appeared to him and said: " […]

    • Day 18 | Finishing Well February 21, 2013
We are only a few days away from the end of our 21 Day Corporate Fast. It is time to begin to think about what happens when you reach the end of your fast. It is important to realize this is just a stage on our Christian journey. How do we take the benefits and discipline we have received from this fast and continue to apply them to our walk with Jesus? I ha […]

    • Day 17 | More Blessed to Give, Than to Receive February 20, 2013
This is a good time in our fasting and prayer time to focus on Jesus words, "It is more blessed to give than to receive." I know that we are all believing for many different things we hope to receive from God during or through our fast; breakthrough, bondage's broken, family and friends saved, healings, anointing...all of which are great thing […]

    • Day 16 | On Your Mark, Get Set, Surrender February 19, 2013
As you zoom through your day and your week, make sure and remember to surrender yourself to God and His plan throughout your day. I know it is so easy for me to get up and start going and not put my focus on the Lord and His plan for my day. Surrender is a daily and at times a moment by moment process. Jesus said it like this in Matthew 16:24-25, "If an […]

  • The Kingdom of God is NOW!

    • Luke 4:17-21

17 And the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was given to him. He unrolled the scroll and found the place where it was written,

18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
      because he has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives
and recovering of sight to the blind,
to set at liberty those who are oppressed,

19 to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.”

20 And he rolled up the scroll and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on him. 21 And he began to say to them, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.” (ESV)
